Refund Policy

Cana Software Solutions provides custom digital services, including website design, AI automation, CRM implementation, workflow automation, and software development.

Because our services involve custom work performed specifically for each client, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

If a project has not yet started, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Website Projects

Website projects require planning, design, development, revisions, and implementation.

Monthly Services

Monthly services, including automation management, CRM management, AI services, hosting, maintenance, or ongoing support, may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.

Payment Plans

Payment plans are offered as a convenience to clients.

Exceptional Circumstances

If Cana Software Solutions determines that a refund is appropriate due to an error on our part, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Cana Software Solutions before initiating a chargeback so we have the opportunity to resolve any concerns.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed using signed agreements, invoices, communications, and project documentation.
